What criteria are used to verify a profile on the Lumi Matrimony App?

Lumi Matrimony employs multiple rounds of verification to ensure the authenticity of profiles:

• OTP Verification: All phone numbers on Lumi are OTP verified during the onboarding process.
• Photo Verification: Lumi uses manual review to ensure that the profile picture is genuine and suitable for the platform.
• ID Verification: Profiles on Lumi undergo ID verification using one of the following methods: Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Voter's ID, or PAN. While this step is not mandatory, the majority of users complete it to demonstrate their authenticity to other members and increase their chances of finding a perfect match.
