How do I report a profile on the Lumi Matrimony App?

At Lumi Matrimony, we prioritize a safe and respectful environment for everyone. If you encounter any unpleasant interactions or unusual behavior on the platform, you can report the user.

Here is how to report a member on the Lumi Matrimony App:

1. Go to the profile of the member you wish to report.
2. Locate the three-dot menu in the top right corner of their profile page.
3. Select "Report" from the menu options.
4. You will be prompted to choose a reason for reporting the user. It is helpful to select the most relevant reason.
5. You can optionally attach screenshot evidence of the inappropriate behavior. This helps us investigate and take appropriate action if necessary.
6. Once you have selected a reason and added evidence (optional), click on "Submit" to confirm the report.
