On what criteria is a profile validated?

There are multiple rounds of verification on Lumi to ensure profile authenticity.

OTP Verification: The numbers on Lumi are all OTP verified at onboarding.
Photo Verification: Lumi uses manual review to ensure the profile picture is genuine and suitable for the platform.
ID Verification: Profiles on Lumi go through an ID verification using one of the listed ID modes - Passport, Driving License, Aadhaar Card, Voter's ID, PAN. You can use any of the above modes to verify your profile to prove you are genuine to other members. Though not mandatory, the majority of users complete this step to maximize your chances of finding a perfect match.
