When you select one of your ads on Lumi Marketplace, you’ll gain access to a detailed overview of its performance and settings, including:
Ad Details
Creative Used: Displays the ad creative you uploaded.
Call to Action: (Not applicable for Basic Plan ads) Shows the call-to-action associated with the ad.
Start and End Dates: Indicates the duration of your ad campaign.
Plan: Specifies the advertising plan you selected.
Target Reach: Total number of users who have viewed your ad.
Reach Progress: Tracks the percentage increase in reach each day until the ad expires on the 14th day, at which point it reaches 100%.
Target Location: Lists the geographic area your ad is targeting.
Status: Displays whether the ad is Active, In Review, Inactive, Draft, Rejected, or Pending.
Contacts Accessed: Number of user contacts the vendor has accessed.
Performance Metrics
Clicks: Total number of clicks on your ad.
Contacts Accessed: List of the user contacts the vendor has accessed.
Enquiries: Total inquiries received directly from the ad.
